Hi everyone! This is Charlotte Chang aka Shiao-Ching. Being a born Taiwanese Chinese and having lived in the USA for over 20 years has made me become a designer who understands the difference in visual communications that exists between East and West.

I live on the Central Coast of California and graduated from California Polytechnic University with a BFA in Art and Design in 2009. I am also earned a MFA, Media Desgin degree from Full Sail University in 2011. Prior to that, I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I  was self-taught as a multimedia/web specialist. I have 17 years of corporate business experience, and I have enjoyed working in web design and development since 2000. I am also an illustrator with special interest in Fashion.
